  This Cookie Disclosure Text has been prepared to set out the general descriptions and types of cookies relating to visitors/users of the website of 7 Mehmet Restaurant Tourism Petroleum Food Construction Agriculture Livestock Industry and Trade Limited Company, with tax identification number 0010839119, located at “Meltem Neighborhood, Dumlupınar Boulevard No:201 Muratpaşa/ANTALYA” (hereinafter referred to as “7 Mehmet” or the “Company”), and to establish the procedures and principles regarding the processing and management of cookies, taking into account the regulations set forth in the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the “KVKK” or the “Law No. 6698”) and the “Guidelines on Cookie Practices” published by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
  All services on the website, including the use of cookies, are provided by our third-party infrastructure service provider. For cookies used on our website other than strictly necessary cookies, users’ explicit consent is obtained, and users are provided with the opportunity to change their consent at any time. 6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The transfer of personal data abroad is regulated in Article 9 of Law No. 6698, and according to the first paragraph of the said article, the first condition for transfer is obtaining the explicit consent of the data subject. Apart from the explicit consent requirement, the Company may transfer the personal data of the data subject abroad if the processing conditions in the second paragraph of Article 5 or the third paragraph of Article 6 of Law No. 6698 are met, if adequate protection exists, or if adequate protection does not exist, if the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country provide a written guarantee of adequate protection, and if the permission of the Personal Data Protection Board is obtained. Our company requests your explicit consent when transferring data abroad via cookies.
8. TRANSFER ABROAD
The transfer of personal data abroad is regulated in Article 9 of Law No. 6698, and according to the first paragraph of the said article, the first condition for transfer is obtaining the explicit consent of the data subject. Apart from the explicit consent requirement, the Company may transfer the personal data of the data subject abroad if the processing conditions in the second paragraph of Article 5 or the third paragraph of Article 6 of Law No. 6698 are met, if adequate protection exists, or if adequate protection does not exist, if the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country provide a written guarantee of adequate protection, and if the permission of the Personal Data Protection Board is obtained. As a data subject, you have the right to contact 7 Mehmet and:

• To request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that the actions taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the actions taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to a result that is detrimental to you as a result of the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages if you have suffered damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data. If you submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to 7 Mehmet in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, 7 Mehmet will process your request free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on its nature. However, if the process requires additional costs, 7 Mehmet may charge the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
